This policy explains what personal information Mina’s Tribe (en.minastribe.com, run by Mina Jafari) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hi@minastribe.com.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, password (stored encrypted) and, if you give it, your first name.
- Order details — name, email, country, the books you bought, order dates and amounts.
- Waitlist and contact messages — the name, email, country and message you send through our forms.
- Technical data — cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your cart, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.
We do not see or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by PayPal, which processes them under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To create your account and give you access to the ebooks you bought.
- To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To reply to your messages and tell you when coaching spots open, if you joined the waitlist.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- PayPal — to process your payment.
- Our hosting provider — the site and its database are stored on their servers.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase history for as long as your account exists, so you can keep reading your books. Order records may be kept longer where tax or accounting rules require it. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to remove you from the waitlist, by emailing hi@minastribe.com. If you delete your account, you will lose access to books in your library. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the site to work: keeping you logged in, remembering your cart during checkout, and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
