We want every book to be worth your time. The first chapter of each ebook is free to read before you buy, so you can check the tone and approach first.
14-day refund
If a book isn’t right for you, email hi@minastribe.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
- When a refund is issued, the book is removed from your library.
- We may decline repeated refund requests from the same account.
Problems with access
If you paid but can’t open your book, email us first — it’s usually a quick fix, such as logging in with the email you used at checkout.
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
